  Super smooth and professional experience! The wheel was ready within an hour or so, but after realising I ordered the wrong type of wheel (my fault!), they quickly fixed it for me and swapped it for the wheel I wanted at a discounted price. The staff were helpful and kind. Loved that you could see all the parts they had online too.

  Service was excellent, I had been chasing this part for a couple of weeks, when I rang other used parts dealers, would be not available or overpriced. Nathan @ Total Parts Plus was very helpful. I can recommend to any one chasing quality used parts.

  After an auto car wash had further destroyed my tail light that I had clumsily tried to repair earlier in the year, I went out on a limb and decided to source and replace it myself. Total parts plus were amazing in that they were instantly able to confirm they had the right part and also went out of their way to triple check that it would definitely be a match for my car to ease my anxiety about doing it myself. My tailight broke at 9am, I called at 10 and they had the part ready to pick up at 11:30. It was in perfect working order and I had finished installing it by 12:30. The time between the tail light being damaged and having it fully replaced was no more than 3.5 hours, I couldn’t recommend this business enough, they work unbelievably quick and are very thorough in making sure the part your are purchasing is a match for your vehicle. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

  What customer service. Got the part I needed. There was a scratch and they offered to refund or reduce the price. I wish all wreckers were that good.

  Dean at total parts plus was awesome when my aircon compressor was lost en route by the courier. He sourced a replacement and had it too me quick smart at no extra cost. Excellent service.

  This is my first place to call or check out their website when I'm looking for a used part for my customers car. Good quality parts and fair price, really helpful staff. Highly recommended.give them a call and tell them what do you need, they will sort out even if they don't have that part in the yard

  The motor I bought was shipped quickly but unfortunately wouldn’t start after install. Geoff arranged for shipping back to a mechanic and supplied a replacement to test the install procedure. It took a while to be fair but at the end of the day Total Parts honoured their warranty 100% including all mechanical and transport costs. They could have easily snowjobbed me as I live a distance away. They chose to do the right thing and I recommend them highly.

  The Boys at Total parts plus went above and beyond to help me out with my
  120 series Toyota Prado.
  Special to Nathan who was track down my part.
  The The premises is one of the best well organized wrecking yards that I’ve come across.
  Yeah after a good quality parts, this is the place to go great price as well.
